      <image:title>Training Course - Tools and LMS.</image:title>
<image:caption>Technology, language, and culture played a big role in my design decisions. I chose to use a pragmatic authoring tool, EasyLMS, with some extra third-party plug-ins, to remain under budget and focus on ease of access for learners and developers. My role as the instructional designer gave me firsthand experience in creating branching activities, polls, quizzes, and tracking data. The assessment was a success as everything from my content to my SMART goals aligned perfectly.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Training Course - Learning Outcomes</image:title>
<image:caption>My course suggests that learners would have adequate preparation time, checklists, and mental health resources available to all. The tools and technology I used included EasyLMS, H5P, a decision matrix, and Google Suite. I think my next step in utilizing my experience and building for my future is authoring the entire course in the LMS. This project challenged my knowledge of learner profiles and instructional design theories. I’d love to continue producing content that helps people in need.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Course Planning - Tools and LMS.</image:title>
<image:caption>As the instructional designer, I used the university’s LMS to develop an activity where students would have to create their own podcast episode. Students had to make the episode geared towards high school AP students. This meant that the objectives were college-level, but the language had to be broken down and explained as though a high schooler could understand. Thereby ensuring that the students could demonstrate what they had learned, their ability to explain these topics, and gave them a creative project that took them outside the computer screen and off of simple assessments.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Course Planning - Learning Outcomes</image:title>
<image:caption>Learning outcomes were positive for the students as they displayed command of the material and created fun podcasts! With my background in adolescent education, I felt right at home coming up with this type of curriculum. I’d love to be able to create more in the future.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Overall, the project was a success as I was able to complete everything on time and on budget. It was a very eye-opening experience for me as I saw all the moving parts of a single project in action. I loved working hard to ensure that everything was going according to plan and assessing the potential risks of key decisions. I would love the opportunity to work on a project like this again.</image:caption>
